MOT Shop ships to residential and business addresses in the United States and Puerto Rico including P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Orders are shipped with USPS Priority mail. If you are interested in international shipping, please contact email@example.com and we will be glad to assist you with details and pricing.
When placing your order, please check that shipping address is correct and complete (i.e. apartment/unit number) to guarantee a safe and timely delivery. Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email including the order number and tracking information. To make corrections to your order please email firstname.lastname@example.org immediately before your order ships so we can do our best to accommodate you.
Orders may take up to 5 business days to be processed and prepared for shipment. If your order needs to arrive by a specific date, please let us know in the “Notes” box and email us at email@example.com. We will do our best to accommodate you.
Additional Shipping Procedures
Additional shipping & handling charges are assessed for all special-handling, oversized, and heavy items. Applicable sales tax will be calculated according to shipping destination.
IN STORE PICK UP/CURBSIDE SERVICE
In-Store Pick Up
MOT Shop is happy to offer in-store pick up during our open hours.
Please select this option when placing your order and you will receive an email with pick up information. We look forward to meeting you!
For your convenience we offer curbside service to your car in the Museum’s private and secure parking facility. Simply follow in-store pick up directions when ordering and in “Notes” box indicate Curbside Service. A member of the MOT Shop team will email you to schedule. We are happy to bring your order directly to you in your car during open Shop hours.
Prior to returning an order please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 weeks of delivery including 1) order number and 2) reason for return. We will respond via email with return authorization approval and instructions. All returns must be returned in the condition they were received. Shipping costs are not refundable. MOT Shop will exchange or offer store credit only within 2 weeks of delivery date. No monetary refunds or credit to cards. Purchases of Memberships, donations to the Museum, gift certificates and sale items are final.
Exchanges Shipping charges may be applied to any exchange of non-defective items and must be paid in full before exchanged merchandise is shipped.
Missing/Received Wrong Item
If your order was incomplete or if you received something that you did not order, please contact us. We will need to know what item(s) you received in error, if any, and what item(s) were missing from your order. We will make all necessary arrangements to correct your order.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased, we are happy to exchange or offer a store credit for the value of your gift. Damaged/defective merchandise
Please report damaged items to us as soon as possible. Please keep the box and all packing materials. We will arrange for the return and/or replacement for items that were received either defective or damaged.
